SHIPPING:

We offer a flat rate $8 dollar shipping charge for all packages shipped by poly mailer package and flat rate $10 shipping charge for any boxed items. We do offer a local pickup (not delivered) in Jennings or Iota, La with no cost of shipping.
Shipping fee's are non refundable.

All orders placed with ZoChic typically ship within 2-4 business days. Should you need something shipped next day, please send us a message and we can quote those addl cost. Please double check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for shipping errors caused by the customer entering an incorrect address.

All orders are shipped out of Iota, La. All orders are supplied a tracking number when shipped. The tracking number is sent to the email supplied during by customer at checkout. If you do not receive tracking info by email, please reach out to us and we will assist in locating or correcting info provided.

RETURNS POLICY:

We want you to be happy with the brands we carry and quality of our products. We understand everything doesn't fit the same and may not work for you. We are here to help, just send us a message and we can start the return process. Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a store credit to be used on a future purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached. We strongly suggest keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned. We are not responsible for lost packages. If same product is available for exchange, we will ship item(s) for free. Updated 08/01/2024: All items purchased as part of our clear out SALE are final, no returns.
* Custom sales, jewelry, hats, handbags and sales items are final sale, no returns offered on these items,with no exceptions.
* Original shipping is non refundable is paid.
* Items returned to use with deodorant, makeup, dog hair, smoke smell or any other product stains will be denied and shipped back to you, no credit and could be subject to additional shipping cost to retrieve the items back.
* Items sent back after 30 days, will not be accepted.
